ATTENTION CENTERVILLE BAND PARENTS.

Mike Ternes a former centerville band webmaster and chaperone to the band was recently found guilty of telecommunications harrassment and signed a notice of tresspass. Mike Ternes used information provided from The Wee Elks Football program to harrass a married woman with 3 children. The woman was the coach of his daughters cheer squad and had no communications with him other than general cheer related conversations with him and his wife.

Mike Ternes sent harrassing e-mails that were offensive and sexual in nature. This using information from a youth childrens organization.

I dont know about you but I do not feel comfortable giving information to a man that is guilty of something like this especially as a webmaster.!?

If anything like this has happened to you from Mike or if similiar incident occured he used an alias of L. Byrd. We told him we contacted the police and were going to file harrassment charges and he then tried to call us and apologize.

I have communicated this to the Board of Education to one Mr. Yuck. He did not seem at all interested so I am forced to send this information to the public and to the Sup. of the Board of Education.

Todays society doesnt allow for these kind of things to happen.
