User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI took our German Shorthair Pointer and the lady working was a great help, helped me get him in the tub, he wasn't too sure about the steps! Great friendly workers, extremely friendly and helpful and I had no mess to clean up.

User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI agree that it is good to wash your own dog there. I really like the facilities and the owner, though. You have everything there that you need. The dogs can walk up to and down out of the tub with the ramp. If I wash my dog at home, I have to bend over which does a number on my back! I would much rather take her to Wash Your dog and wash her there where the tubs are at a comfortable height. You can pick from all kinds of shampoos for a particular purpose, i.e. make white hair brighter and shinier. The owner is nice to talk to while I am working. You can dry the dog off before they have to go back out in the cold. You can brush your dog's hair. The owner cleans up the mess afterwards! What a great idea!

I've gone to the Springboro location and used a groomer. The dog I have needs it's ears plucked out to prevent infection. They never did it properly and we ended up with two infections. Also, I dropped my dog off for a bath and even though he was only bathed, not brushed or blown dry, I was charged $40, about the same as the inadequate grooming fee. This place wants to offer it all, but they don't live up to epectations and thier fees are the highest I've seen. It's best to just wash your own dog!
