User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsSTOOD IN A LINE OF ABOUT 20 PEOPLE AT THE DOOR FOR ABOUT 10 MIN. BEFORE I GOT PISSED AND EXCUSED MY SELF UP TO THE BAR AREA WHERE THERE WERE NOBODY SITTING.
I WATCHED THE OTHER PEOPLE WAITING TO BE SEATED, SOME OF THEM TOOK MY CUE AND SAT THEM SELVES AT THE BAR.
THE REST STILL WAITING, FINNALY A MANAGER SAT THEM, THEN HE PROCEEDED TO TRY AND FIND HIS DITZY HOSTESS.
THE FOOD HERE IS CONSISTENT WITH ALL THE OTHER MALL AREA RESTAURANTS(CHILIS, RUBY TUESDAYS, APPLEBEES, TGI FRIDAYS)WITH BLAND, OVERPRICED APPETIZERS,EXCEPT THIS RESTAURANT ALWAYS HAS A LINE OUT FRONT AND EMPTY TABLES EVERY WHERE, AND IT TAKES 40 MINUTES TO GET APPETIZERS AND A SALAD.
THE BAR TENDER WAS FRIENDLY AND APOLIGIZED FOR THE LONG WAIT FOR THE FOOD.
I CAN THINK OF A DOZEN OTHER PLACES I WOULD RATHER SPEND $40 AT.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThis was our first visit to this specific location. We went right as they opened at lunch time on the weekend, so they were not crowded yet. In a nutshell, the service was excellent and the food was superb.
We started with the Nachos, which is our family favorite, and these were very good, as usual.
I ordered the Honey-Chipotle Chicken Crispers because the picture on the menu looked so good. Not being a big fan of BBQ flavors nor honey, I was wary about ordering these, but that picture... I couldn't help myself. When my plate came, my loaded potatoes and corn on the cob sat next to a pile of chicken crispers in a sauce that smelled heavenly. With the first bite, my taste buds reaffirmed their love for me, as I had never had any chicken even close to this that tasted so good -- not too sweet and a good kick. The corn on the cob was fresh, sweet, and aromatic. I wasn't able to eat everything, so my husband helped clean my plate, and he said that next time, he was ordering what I had. He had the Boneless Habanero Wings, which he said were very good, but also so hot they made him sweat. :)
The place was clean and inviting. The temperature was comfortable, as it was about 10 degrees outside and painfully windy. The table we were seated at had plenty of room to get in and out so were remained comfortable throughout our visit.
Our server (who I wish I could name for kudos-purposes), was excellent as she was always at our table at the right time for drink refills without hovering. She was very cheerful and always smiling and was extremely helpful with menu recommendations.
It's a good idea to start with an appetizer, as some of the menu items can take some time to prepare, but I promise, it is well worth the wait.
I highly recommend this Chili's for it's cleanliness, friendly servers, excellent menu selection and mouth-watering food.
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsTasty: I have Eatin at this place twice and both time it was fast and Good, You get a awesome Deal For luch Time I think is a better time to Go.. My waiter was Very Nice both time.. And The Food was Delicious I enjoys the Egg Roll App, I dont like Spinach But You couldnt taste it, Very yummy.. I would Come back again here

I've worked at the Chili's in Beavercreek now for a year and you are way out of line with all of your comments. For one thing, your grammar and spelling are horrible so I'm guessing you should take your $40 on into McDonald's where your great reviews will be a little more appreciated.
