User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsMy wife and I have been to Long Horn Steakhouse a few times. I have enjoyed the good food and atmosphere until.... this last time which was just a few days ago. I ordered a Ribeye and it was so fat that I left what appeared to be a lot of steak on the plate. It was fat, not steak that I left and I paid a good price for that fat. It took me a good while to pull away the fat with the dull steak knife and fork. I should have sent it back but I have never sent back food there before. Like I said above it was always good before. I won't make this mistake the next time. I just didn't want to make my wife wait for an additional meal to come and then have to wait until I ate it. Everything else was fine as usual. The waitress was very nice as was the atmosphere and the diners seemed to enjoy themselves. We did too. I just got a bad steak that hopefully won't happen the next time. I will give them another chance. Still won't make my wife wait. She doesn't deserve that. I'll just ask for a refund on the price of the steak. Realistically though, this could happen just about anywhere. Perhaps better quality control would be in order.
