User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsHorrible customer service! I took my warantied, newly purchased vehicle in for service when my air conditioner went out. Not only did they fail to correct the problem, but they sent me a bill for over $300 for the diagnostic testing that they performed!

I have had my car serviced there a couple of times, they have went
through a lot of staffing changes but I feel its for the best! The people who are in there right now are very friendly and go out of there way to help out! I wouldnt take my car anywhere else! -

took jeep for a recall fix and ended up with holes in exhaust from torch burns and rattles so bad you can't stand it.Will be taking it back again...this will be the 3rd time to get it fixed when the factory sent a letter for them to fix it...terrible service.

the service is terrible. first of all when i went in to tell them i was there the area was crowded. they really need a number system or something. and on top of that when i went to pick it up they told me they hadn't got to it. after they had had it all day! and that girl in there is not right for the job. she seems to be lost most of the time.

I would have to disagree! Ive been there a few times and they all seem to go out of there way to help out! Maybe they where just busy ls_dd_jd that day, the new girl she seemed to know what she was doing when I was there, great with customer service! I have had nothing but great service, no complaints here!
