Rude, pushy, and totally oblivious to customers' needs. They are very unfriendly, especially when they think you dont have the credit to get approved for a car. Terrible experience.

wasted trip: We got a big ad in the mail, wanting us to come out to Andy's Toyota and claim our free prize.We went out today to claim that free prize,and what a joke it was! A woman was sitting outside at a table, and there was a long line of people.She was asking them all kinds of personal questions such as phone numbers, what type and year car they drove,etc. and writing all their answers down on a sheet of paper. One lady finally asked where the free prizes were, and the woman told her that Glockner's had run out of them yesterday, but she was giving rain checks and people could come back, and pick them up Jan. 12th. She said that everyone had won tool sets. Now how would she know that? Everyone was holding their numbers in their hands.This was at 4 pm on Friday, Dec 29th, and this thing was supposed to go until 9pm that night plus 9am until 8pm the next day (the 30th) Had they also already given away the $1000.00 cash, the Sony Portable DVD Player,the $50.00 Gas Card, and the 42" Sony Flatscreen TV? And what about the grill that was mentioned in that second mailing, that FINAL NOTICE thing? One man in line was really angry, and complaining about the gas he had wasted to drive out there. My husband and I recognized this immediately as a publicity stunt, but we sure found out the hard way that it was a BAD publicity stunt.
