No stars. The management was horrid, the people them selves hormonal loose cannons with a power trip to match. we stayed a year without a single repair being made no matter how many emails,calls or letters we sent them. They dont care about you, just your money..... stay away. you are better off finding a private lease.!

Biggest mistake of your life...

There was a BED BUGS outbreak at this apartment complex and I saw many people have the same bite marks on their arms and legs last summer, myself included. To get rid of the bed bugs is quite some work, we had to pack up all the linens and clothes so pest control can spray, which is a repeated process for 2 months! We had to pack up and unpack 4 times!

The building is poorly constructed and YOU CAN HEAR EVERYTHING YOUR NEIGHBOR DOES UPSTAIRS, unless you are lucky enough to be on the top floor; but then you are probably going to receive a noise complaint if you are up late. The noise level is bad enough to keep you awake many times.

To be honest, it's not all that cheap, so why would you want to spend as much as the other apartments around Athens and put up with loud noises and bed bugs? Plus if you file a noise complaint only reply from of the office is "you have to be tolerant"...

Bottom line...avoid this place like it's the plague...

BTW the laundry facility is disgusting, and many of the machines break all the time...
