Nice & Neat II

The owner is nice enough, but I have been through several cleaners in town (service master, independent ones, etc) and this is the worst so far. I prefer to have a single person come do it, rather than a service, but then you always have to deal with if they decide to move onto something else. Anyhow back to nice and neat, I came home after the "deep clean" which they charge double for. 2 people cleaned for 3 hours and I couldn't even tell. The worst part is that my stepdad was at the house, and said the people only stayed for 2 hours. I called the owner and confronted her, she made no effort whatsoever to rectify the situation, and I told her I was not comfortable with people who lie cleaning my home. I just paid the bill to not deal with it, but I felt like I should have handed over a tube of KY in the process.I guess I will make this my review my response to the situation, so at least I can feel better about losing 180 bucks. So seriously, beware. I hate to say it (because I am all about supporting local) but we had much better experience with service master.
