Nicely's Towing

After I called them it was only suppose to be about an hour at most but after waiting 4 1/2 hours they finally arrived along with fecalized service.

I also received 2 bent tie rods, that they bent after hooking up my car with the hook chains to the tie rods.
which I had to replace at my own expense, even though they where the ones that were clearly responsible for the damages
but told me they were not liable for any damages done to any vehicle upon towing.
and if this was not bad enough they towed the car to their impound lot when they were suppose to take it to a garage in town.(He said he could just do what work I needed done on it.....sounds planned doesn't it.)

Oh and did I mention that I had 4 brand new tires on it when I saw it last.
well by the time I got things straighten out......that they had made a mistake and took it to the wrong place,
my tires had already been switched out for old wore out bald tires
(but I did not know any of these damages occurred until I got my car to the garage that I wanted)
before he would drop my car off he then told me that I owed him an additional $75.00 dollars for the mistake HE MADE NOT ME and if I did not pay he would just take my car back to the impound lot and stored it till I paid him the ransom for my car.

Well so far I lost 4 brand new tires worth around $812.34 2 tie rods $157.86. $50.00 for the original tow and $75.00 more for their mistake.
so what started of to something simple ended up being an all day ordeal that ended me losing a grand total of $1025.20
BTW THE ONLY REASON I GAVE HIM A STAR IS BECAUSE THERE IS NOT ANY BLACK HOLES TO CHOOSE FROM. PLEASE CALL SOMEONE ELSE DON'T CALL THIS PERSON FOR NOTHING.

Never use this guy they over charge AAA members if the tow is 5 miles they will charge 20 miles and they are not to careful with your car when you are not around they bent my rear control arm on my car and then beat it out with a hammer and said that was good that I shouldnt complain it was junk any way.

These folks are always prompt, professional and friendly. I would recommend them to everyone. An added bonus is that they take AAA.
