User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsdonkey is a great place to hang out. grab a coffee/tea/smoothie and a muffin/cookie and listen to some poetry or music. or just chat it up with some buddies!
i even did my first open stage there =D
people are so supportive. so i encourage everyone to do it.
its a nice family friendly environment.-

A nice place to hang out: Donkey has five distinct areas for patrons's use; the sidewalk tables, the front room with big window, the cozy area just past the coffee bar, the lone table beyond that and just before entering the great living room filled with couches, tables and easy chairs. A decent variety of organic coffees, muffins and wireless internet service are all I need when spending a few hours reading, catching up on my email, or just taking a needed nap in the afternoon. The all-day long free refill on house coffees is really nice.

Donkey is fantastic! For years, I have gone there to study and hang out. Donkey offers a nice, progressive and socially conscious environment. The workers are also friendly and upbeat.
