User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI asked for an item to be dry cleaned. They damaged the item. They did not accept responsibility or offer an apology. I trusted them to properly clean my item professionally. However, not only did they not professionally clean the item. When confronted with their obvious fault, they did not handle the situation professionally. It is due to their lack of professionalism that I will never return to their establishment. I advise others to do the same.
