one of the best i have had in a long time i think the only place better is the toro loco in Franklin furnace one
Loved it.: My fiancee and I dined at Toro Loco at the begining of the month. We were quickly seated and served. I was amazed to see that the most expensive dish on the menu was only 9USD. Our meals came out in great time. Our waiter was on his toes and was very quick to attend our table. The free servings of corn chips and home mady salsa made my fiancee very happy. The food was unbelievable good. The service, spot on. I was very satisfied come the end of my meal and I am planning to visit again. The only let down was the very cheap American styled diner lay out of the Restaurant, it did kind of kill the ambience, although I do believe that place was Vinnie's before Toro Loco took over, but the cheap like diner vibe attracted a lot of roudy locals killing the litte ambience that actually remained. It's a small price to pay for great service with great food.
I will be visiting again.
Toro Loco Gallia Street in Portsmouth: Yum!! The best Mexican food here in Portsmouth.
