In over his head: Had a bad experience with JB:
1) Hard to reach - sometimes took weeks to return calls.
2) He scheduled a hearing once without telling me. Luckily I called his office before it was too late and his assistant remembered to mention it to me.
3) On hearing day, he booked at least 4 clients (incl. me) at the same time.
4) Was unprepared and inarticulate before the magistrate on a very simple matter.
5) After all was said and done, I later learned that JB had filed my petition in the wrong court!

Analysis: JB Collier takes on more business than he can handle.
