User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsI went up to your business this afternoon it was 2:00 p.m. to try your new snake box. Their was two car ahead of me. I was on lunch and that was a half a hour for it. I didn't get it till 2:28 . I don't know what the problem was but I was very upset with the service I eat their different times and it usually don't take that long but by the time I got it my lunch was over. I felt like just leaving but their was two car behind me I just hope it didn't take them that long to get their. I know that it take time to cook it. but I didn't think it would be that long. I had #3 the Ham and frys when I got up to the window the girl told me the price and I pay her and then she went some where and got my drink I didn't think she was coming back I couldn't see but she might had wait on someone else before I got the drink. I just want to let you know that I am very upset. And I know that if I am on lunch that if it takes that long for get it. Because I won't have time to eat it and get back to work. I had always been real please with the food and the service I had got their before. Thank You. Wilma J. Davidson

It's Hardees. They have always been very slow. For at least the last 15 years, even through complete menu changes this place has always been the slowest drive thru around. I like the food, but it is the last place I would go if I only had a 30 minute break. Everyone else should take this in consideration in the future.
