User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWe have been to some other Texas Roadhouse's, but this one is a bit better than any other we have been to. Four of us went and each had something different - sirloin tips, 6oz steak, smothered chicken and pork chops. Two of the group had been in the restaurant business and the one who had the tips said they were the best he had in years. The rest of us were also pleased though the chicken was a bit tougher than expected (the person ordering it was familiar with the dish from other Texas Roadhouses), but tasted good. A quite nice meal all the way around. The service was also very attentive.
User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsIn general, the Texas Roadhouse in Lima is a good meal. The steaks are done precisely to the temperature you specify, the wait staff follows the "script" of how to serve you properly, and the flavors do bring your tastebuds front and center. However, the composition of the flavors is typical of any chain restaurant. The secret ingredient is salt; and a bit too much, unfortunately. The salads are chock full o'cheese. The key thing to remember is that even though it is not stellar, compared to other Lima restaurants, I think this is a good bet for the business traveller or decent casual dining experience. Recommend to try!

We had a party of 11 on February 15th. We called ahead twice and understood they did not do call ahead seating for over 6 people, However, both ttimes we called, we were told just to come out and they would seat us in order of our sign in. When all of us arrived at Texas Roadhouse we were told it would be 2-21/2 hours before we were seated. Why were we not told of this when we called? We took our party elsewhere!!
