Health Trends has been under new management since the problems that Burt & Rachael had.
The EFT problems are a thing of the past. Account information is protected and there are no incorrect billing practices. The new owners are local and are on site every day (previous owner was an OTR truck driver and rarely around). The new owners own the building and are not going to bail out and leave you high & dry with an unfulfilled membership or tanning package.
Best of all, Health Trends has undergone a complete transformation. New look inside & out. New tanning beds (there are now 3 levels of tanning) all the existing tanning equipment has been completely refurbished with new lamps & acrylics.
Our customers are just raving about how great our new level 2 & 3 beds tan as well as our existing level 1 beds. If you're not satisfied with the new level 2 & 3 beds let us know, we'll refund the difference between them & the low level 1 pricing.
We guarantee our tans!!!! Why can we do this? Because we have awesome tanning beds!!!!!! Satisfaction guaranteed!
Stop in and experience the difference.

Ridiculous, thats the only word i have for our local health trends, i canceled my account there one year ago and i still am being charged, I also had a EFT and it was never consistant on the day it would be took out, on the 5, 20th who knows. I never could get ahold of the managers and when i did tan i didn't even get anything b/c the bulbs were so old. The really sad thing is that i burn after 10 minutes in a normal 20 minute bed, not at health trends. Bravo Sun Seekers GREAT BEDS!!!!
It's a nice place to tan in Ada, but don't become an EFT member. They have over withdrawn money from my account almost every month for the last year (even after I closed it). The managers are never available to correct the mistake and it usually takes about a month to replace the money. They would rather write you a check and have you go out of your way to pick it up, than to call the bank and pay to have it replaced back into your account.

I had this happen to me at curves. I was pregnant on bed rest and was still getting charged through my checking account. The only thing I could do was cancel my checking account and open a new one. For future reference, what my bank told me...use your debit card NEVER do an EFT...you can dispute a debit card but not an EFT because by signing that paper, you pretty much give them permission to dip into your checking account whenever they want. When I could go to curves, I enjoyed it...there was a lot of great people up there.
