User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI visited the IHOP in Findlay, OH today and I was more than pleased with my experience there as the manager was more than helpful with my situation. At first, my order was incorrect, but the courteous and professional manner in which he handled my complaint was very impressive. I didn't get his name, but he had an accent and I will be sure to visit again when his crew is the crew on duty. Great job!
