These folks are great. I switched after one of the big guys "misplaced" my dry cleaning for the third time in a 2 month time span. I have been really delighted with the customer service, the price and the just real old fashioned customer service I receive. They help when I have too much to carry to the car and work with me when I'm in a bind. Switch today, save some heartache.
