This is the only place I go when I need to get copies, send faxes, or have things printed. I have always had friendly service and I don't have problems with the service.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went to copy connection in May 2009 to have my invites and rsvp cards printed for my wedding.I dropped them off on Wensday and was told to come back any time on friday to pick them up. I got there friday around 2pm they hadnt even started on them yet. The owner told me to come back at 5pm and he would have them completed. At 5pm I came back to find that they still had not completed or even started on my invites. So after sitting there for 20 mins they finally brought me one out, and it was nothing like what I told them to print. So I sent them back again another 20 or 30 mins goes by and finally my invitations and rsvps, well everything seemed ok even though they forgot to put a few choice words in that I had asked for, but I was done I just wanted to get out of there after being there over an hour. After I paid for them and sent them out to everyone I know, one of my friends caught that they had mispelled two words on the rsvp cards. The words "number and attending", they spelt them "numnber and atttending". When I called them to tell them of the mistake and ask for a refund, the woman on the phone got VERY RUDE with me for no apparent reason and told me that it was my fault for not proof reading them. Well I did proof read them but I was looking for things such as my name being mispelled or the dates being wrong. I didnt realize I had to tell them how to spell common words!!! So I sent a friend in for my refund and the woman once again was RUDE. Then she insulted me even more by only giving me $7 back when I paid $45 for them.
I would not have been so angry if she had just done her job and acted maturly rather then getting mad at me for her mistakes!
Please if you can, go somewhere else!!! This place hires people that are rude and unfriendly, not to mention that they are SLOW at getting things done and can not read and type!!! Why would we want a busines like that in this town??????
