| About: | Welcome to Fletcher's of Atlanta! Please take a moment to relax and pursue the following pages. The information which follows should assist your visit with us a pleasurable one. If you have any questions or special requests, our staff is available to help. Since we believe the pairing of wine and food is a celebration of life and good company, you will find our wine list on the first few pages which follow. Although this is an eclectic listing and some of the wines may be unfamiliar to you , we have tried to find wines which complement our menu and satisfy a wide range of tastes and budgets. Should you need assistance in selecting a wine, share some information with our staffing regarding your tastes, and we should be able to find a wine to add to your dining pleasure. The pages which follow the wine list are the menu. In addition to the items listed, we also have nightly specials. Our staff will describe the additional choices as well as answer any questions you may have concerning this month's printed menu. At this point, a word about quality seems in order. We believe our cuisine is defined by the excellence of our raw components. Therefore, we seek out only the finest and freshest ingredients, and spare no expense in so doing. For example, we literally pick our own organically grown produce at local farms, in season, each day. Also, all of our cocktails are created from only premium brands such as Absolut Vodka, Dewar's Scotch, Bombay Gin, etc. Finally, we hope you enjoy your visit, and with each return you will find we have improved in some way. This labor of love would be meaningless if we felt we could not improve or if you did not appreciate our efforts. Here's to your health! |
