User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsExcellent customer service. Talked me out of a $500 Dyson and into a $230 dollar Royal. They gave me a demonstration and the Dyson took 12 passes and still did not pick up all of the dirt. The cheaper Royal picked it all up in one pass. They saved us $270 and we got a better product. They also take care of the warranty in case of a problem so we don't have to hassle with the manufacture. Never buy your vacuum from a big retailer, T and H sweeper has cheaper prices and are way more informed.
