I have always been pleased with their service. I walk in with some scarey messes sometimes and they get it out. Recently, I brought in a white formal with tiny beadwork on it that my daughter wore as a flower girl for a wedding she was in. She had gotten a hold of some chocolate candy; alot judging by the amount of it all over the gown, thank goodness this happened after the wedding.Anyway, the woman who runs the place worked on it and I am in awe. And another thing if there is any minor mending to be done on any of the items I have ever brought in she mends it at no extra charge.Ex: I had a hem that needed mending on a skirt but I put off fixing it til I had it cleaned first. When I picked it up it was fixed. She has even put on buttons that I had lost off of one of my blouses that I figured I'd replace after I got it back from the cleaners.

Not Recommended-Damage Clothing and Lack Integrity: Star Cleaners has on two instances damaged my clothing. The first event was light brown staining throughout a white shirt, while the second event was a 4 inch tear across a premium brand dress shirt. I would have respected honesty if they admitted it, or attempted to salvage their brand value. Instead, they denied responsibility though it was clearly a machine induced tear. Their highly discounted prices, relative to the area, should have tipped off their poor quality services.

I would not recommend this business. There are several others in the area that offer quality service, but at a higher price. Simply stated, you get what you pay for.
