Fresh food and clean service.: I am a worker here and I know by experience how truly great Formosa Gardens is. Everything Is completely fresh and hand-made, including our Crab Rangoon. We prepare the sauces from scratch and all items used are fresh from the very same day it is being made. The dishes are washed excelently, not only using the dishwasher (like most resteraunts) but hand washing them before-hand. Also, pickup service is fantastic. Just call on the phone and your order (no matter how large) will be finished on an average of 15 minutes. All you have to do is come and pick it up, pay, and leave. Ive worked at three resteraunts in lebanon and Indianapolis, and never have I actually wanted to eat where Ive worked.
