User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsHad a good experience with our floor. The Lowes person, Monica, in the store provided good customer service and followed up with us. The installers which were a different company did a good job with the installation and showed up on time and cleaned up when done. No complaints. We also had a good experience going through Lowes for carpeting two years ago.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI just recently had a roof installed and was extremely unhappy with everything from the estimation to the installation. The back portion of my decking needed to be replaced but Lowes was not certain how much. The estimator did an extremely poor job of pricing it for me (he said around $6000 and it was closer to $8500 by the time they were done). I told them to order enough decking to cover the entire roof. If that meant that some needed to be sent back in the event that it was not used, fine. They ordered 15 sheets. I needed 80. I had no idea at the time about these things. When time came for my roof to go on, the roofers did not have enough decking. It was not in the estimate because they only accounted for 15 sheets. I was livid. It was snowing and to top it off the roofers put a hole through my ceiling! The actual roofers were pretty nice guys (they were contracted out). Lowes itself was completely rude about the whole thing and said I never told them to order too much decking. Blaming me for it all.

It's a great Murf if you looking for Harf.... They have lots of wood and lumber for a dock. Don't get harlt if you are looking for garald
