Reason given "it is standard for us to charge what we want." "We have no idea if it will be a big problem or small fix so we charge everyone the $63.00 up front." Stay away from this place!!!

Horrible: Bought a van that was anything but good. We spent three hours at a Pep Boys getting the Alternator fixed after having the radiator filled up at a Tuffy just a coupld of hours before. In between the Tuffy's and Pep Boy's, the van developed a lovely habit of stalling at will. I've had an alternator, battery, EGR valve, O2 sensor, and a whole lot of antifreeze replaced in just a little over 24 hours. This bargain vehicle turned out to be a nightmare. If you want to buy a new vehicle, maybe Kern's would be okay for you, but anthing other then that should be avoided.
