I've banked here for years, I love this bank. They are also able to access your account at no charge at various Credit Unions that have "shared branch" status. I moved to Fort Wayne and still use this bank through Fort Financial at no fee.

Today I went to the One North Capital branch of Teachers Credit Union in Indianapolis, IN. While there, I learned that due to an automatic withdrawal that I had cancelled but had still gone through, I had incurred two non-sufficient funds fees. I proceeded to ask for more information from the Customer Service Representative who was helping me, Ms.
Hillary Hiatt. Ms. Hiatt then began to make an embarrassing scene, which included her shoving towards me a balance ledger and suggesting I learn to use it, and even explaining condescendingly what it was. This took place in front of two other tellers, a manager, and a bank lobby full of other customers. I am outraged and humilitated that an incident such as this would ever happen at your bank.

I have been a loyal customer to Teachers Credit Union for ten years now. I keep all of my personal savings in your bank. My wife and I have made the decision that we are ready to purchase our first home and hoped to obtain a mortgage through your company. This, however, will not happen after the incident that occurred today. My accounts will promptly be closed and my money withdrawn from your bank. There are plenty of banks in the area that know how to service their customers with courtesy.

I hope that you will share in my opinion that this is incident was an outrage. Speaking to a customer in the tone that Ms. Hiatt spoke with me should not be permissable under any circumstances. These are tough economic times, and one would think that someone in hard times could look to their bank for help and not ridicule.

Awesome Experience!: They were quick helpful and very nice! Even had toys to keep the kids busy as we opened our accounts.
