I have been a patient of Dr. Bledsoe for more than 3 years after changing from Dr. Patricia Wesley. I guess you can not have it all. When my husband and me were patients of Dr. Wesley we had to deal with excellent front office, but the Dr.s favorite response to any health issue of my husband was , "What do you expect in your age?" Since I expected my doctor to help my husband to sustain good health in his 62, I found Dr. Bledsoe. She is a very caring, supportive doctor, always goes above and beyond our expectations. She is very knowledgeable and has great sense of humor. I have to agree that the personnel of that medical office (shared with other two doctos) does not fit the suit and is far below the doctor`s level. As I mentioned earlier, you can not have it all. I would rather prefer to have an excellent doctor and put up with poor performing personnel than have a doctor who makes you feel like you have no reason to stay alive. You feel healthier even just talking to Lisa.We love her!
I dont think that this office has time for the patients. You seemed rushed everytime you are in there. I think that Dr. Bledsoe is rude and impersonal. I think that she could care less about anything other that her paycheck. She doesnt listen to what your real problems are. Labs take forever to get back and the staff doesnt have a clue. I defiantly would not recommend her,I have been to her several times and I feel the same way each time. This obviously is a pattern.
the blonde woman who is new in the front office is rude.

If you didn't like her, why did you keep going back? I think Dr. Bledsoe is a wonderful and attentive doctor who has taken very good care of my health since I transferred to her practice.
I went back because I thought the 1st time she was just having a bad day! I gave her the benefit of the doubt. I obviously shouldn't have.
