User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI love this salon! Everyone always makes me feel very comfortable there! I highly recommend Angie Sneva , I have been to alot of the high end salons and spas, I have never had a hair cut and color as good as Angies!!!!!! A++++++ My daughters love her also!

never never again: Possibly one of the worst salon experiences of my life. Billie Jo was my stylist and what a nightmare. She colored my hair and "didn't have time to finish it" and wanted me to come back when she was less busy. She left patches of uncolored hair in the back and overprocessed other areas. I had to threaten to stop payment on my check to get the salon to correct her mess.

billie joe hasnt worked at renu for 2 years now, she should come back and try one of the other stylists, they are all excellent.
I had Billy Jo work on my hair the first time I went to Renu, and I have to say that she wasn't the best with customer relations. I liked my hair though. Try another stylist. I went from Bobby Jo to Jennifer Lutes. She is very nice and does an awesome job.
