not community oriented: I asked if our (public) school could get a discount on some cleaning we needed. Even after all we do for their charity (Nathan's Battle), I was given an absolute NO. No discussion, no negotiations, just a flat no. It just seems a local business would be a little more willing to help out the community schools. I won't patronize them again.

Would not recomend, service is lacking: I dropped off my wedding dress for a quote, I did not recive the call for the quote. I went to retrive my dress and they had performed a $240.00 service with out my consent. They also did not call when the service (that I did not authorize) was compleeted. The manager refused to give me my dress with out a payement by me. After tearful negotion the second manager said I could have my dress for $175.00, I know that they did a service and should not have to give it to me for free, they should have given me the quote and let me decide if $240. was reasonable or could try at another cleaners. Please do not take some ones word on a quote, get that in writting that they are to give a quote.
