The pizza is great except for the pre-made crust. If they were to take the time to make homemade crust, it would be the best pizza around.
Great pizza at a fair price. My family loves the pizza and breadsticks deal. It's off the beaten path, but worth the trip.
Bicycling (The Vandalia Trail) From Pizza to Pizza: Absolutely no doubt about it. Amo Pizza is a quaint, quiet little one booth establishment in it's 13th year serving cuisine to it's patrons of Hendricks and surrounding counties. The town is very small and sometimes parking is a problem (just kidding), but all the neighbors hang out in the street in front on Sunday afternoons. After a great pizza smothered with sausage, mushroom, onion and black olives and a wonderful sauce seasoned just right, the 13 mile pedal back to Plainfield was a chore. Oh, did I mention that Amo Pizza is a great stop only a few feet away from the start of the Vandalia Trail?
