User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWow-I cannot believe how rude the owner was when I called her over the phone with some questions. So much for customer service. This is supposed to be a special time and rude customer service is not what any bride needs.

She was patient as I looked through every single one of her bridal books making helpful suggestions along the way. There is no appointment needed and she treated me like a VIP. I would definitely suggest this bridal store to anyone and everyone who wants to feel the custom independent shopping experience. She told me she can order almost any dress into her store if she doesn't have what you want. I will recommend this to all!
