I agree that this bridal store isn't the best I've ever been to, but it wasn't absolutely horrible the couple times that I have been there. THe first ime I ever went there was to buy my prom dress in high school. I went there second to try on bridal gowns this past winter. A lady helped me the enitre time I was there. She went and got different sizes for me, gave me her opinion, and even helped me zip and fasten the dresses. I didn't end up buying my dress there though. The third time I went was to look at bridesmaid dresses with my four bridesmaids. We were again helped the entire time by a VERY nice lady who went and got different sizes, gave her opinion, and answered all of our questions. We ended up getting the bridesmaid dresses there. It definitely wasn't the worst experience I've ever had. They were always really busy, but I would go back. I have found the staff to be overwhelmed with the number of people in the store that they are trying to help, but still very pleasant and nice.
User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsDON'T GIVE PHONE NUMBER OUT: I WENT THERE TO BUY A WEDDING GOWN, I FOUND ONE I LIKED AND BOUGHT IT, BUT I HAVE EVER SINCE BEEN BUGGED BY OTHER PEOPLE THAT THEY HAVE GIVEN MY PHONE NUMBER OUT TO(EX. MARY KAY CONSULTANT, DRAWING FOR A FREE BRIDAL PACKAGE), I DON'T APRECIATE MY PHONE NUMBER BEING GIVEN OUT.
