User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsI like the food and other guests but I have just learned that the Living Room has banned one of the city councilors from the bar for voting for the No Smoking ordinance. I will NOT return until they remove the ban and I am telling my friends who go there....it really has too much cigarette smoke there.
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsI usually only go for Karaoke on Friday - I like the DJ! It is VERY crowded and you don't get to sing often but if you go frequently the people are friendly and it is a nice place to hang and sing!

The Living Room Lounge is one of the best kept secrets in Indianapolis. It has great food, great service, great ownership, and the overall atmosphere is cozy. The people in the bar come from all different wlaks of life and the bartenders are sweet and sexy! They have many pool tables and dart boards. The bar wraps around to two seperate sides so there is plenty of room for Sunday Colts games. The Tuesday and Friday night Kareoke is a lot of fun. Drink specials that will leave you going home with more than some money. It has the "Cheers" meets "The Regal Beagle" feeling to it. The bar is perfect for the settle quite atmosphere of a business lunche; and it can be a packed night club on a weekend. The Living Room Lounge can accomodate any customers needs and has the best staff out of all the bars I have been to in Indianapolis. The only thing I can think of that it is missing is afternoon specials for the Chicago Cubs games! This is overall just a great bar with freindly staff and great food. If your in Indianapolis don't pass up the chance to stop in.
