Riley Towers is great. I have lived here for just over two years and I don't plan on leaving. Leasing staff was great when I was in the process of applying, they were all very helpful and made the move so easy. I have had a couple of issues in the apartment and when I reported them to the office, Maintenance staff came up within a day to take care of everything. Managers are among the friendliest I have dealt with and I have lived in a lot of apts. They have always been willing to listen to me and help me with any problems and they are always very accommodating to me.

The apartments are a little old, but that's part of the charm of living here! View from my balcony is incredible, and the walls aren't paper-thing like some apartments--I can't even hear the neighbors above or below me. Also they have 24-hour doorman, so there is always somebody to talk to when you call or come to the office. I would recommend Riley Towers to anybody looking for a great apartment in a great location with friendly staff.

I loved it~ Amazing Location: I had a 2 bedroom on the 17th floor and loved my apartment. I loved there for 3 years while I did my residency at IU. I only left after I took another job out of state. I would highly recommend Riley Towers to anyone!
