About:	Chancellor's is inside University Place Conference Center and Hotel. Our American bistro menu is fresh and updated seasonally, highlighting ingredients from Indiana and the Midwest. We would never forget that Hoosiers love comfort foods, and I am inspired to make those favorite flavors come alive.
