I shop at this store often and have always had good service and everyone is helpful. The last time I was there was to inquire about a metal detector that I had bought online that wasn't working and it was 1 1/2 years old. The guy made a phone call and they pretty much came to the conclusion that it wasn't under their warranty which I already knew. And when he called he told the person I was bringing something back that was about 3 years old and I told him it was 1 1/2 years old. I thought I was out of luck and went to buy my husband another one online and found that it had a 5 year warranty and they fixed it. So be sure and check your manufacturer warranty for coverage. This saved me about $300.00
