User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsI don't recommend ordering curbside pickup on a Friday or Saturday night. I waited almost thirty min. past the pickup time they asked me to arrive at and then after they gave me my dinner order...they spent another twenty min. trying to find the desert order. Meanwhile, the food in my car was getting cold! After forty minutes, I just went inside again and gave them back the cold food and asked for my credit card to be adjusted. They did not want to refund my money...they wanted me to WAIT for my food again so that I could have a hot meal. IT WAS A HUGE WASTE OF TIME! If your kitchen can't handle the business...turn them away. Don't promise a time and not deliver. DUMB. If this had been the first time they have messed up. I would try them again...however, the management at this restaurant is just not good. Now my husband and I go to the Outback on the South Side of Indy...busier...but ALWAYS good.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMy cousin, our children and myself visited on 4/18/08. We had called ahead and made a reservation, but when we got there, the place was full of prom couples. We waited for over an hour. The manager, Joe, at first gave us two free appetizers, but after waiting almost two hours with 5 hungry little children, he gave us our meal for free. We were very appreciative of his actions.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWe love, love, love this place. We manage to eat here once or twice per month. Myself and my two kids. We will wait an hour if necessary for cheese fries, we love them. In years of going, I have only had one bad meal (what I get for ordering fish in a steakhouse) and they were very apologetic, the chef came out and asked if she could cook me something else, I said no, it was cooked perfectly, I just didn't like it. She came out again after 5 minutes with a gift card for a free bloomin onion or cheese fries on our next visit. We didn't wait long for the next visit, we never do!
