User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsLocal legend: Everyone in Indy needs to visit the JC at least once. Beautiful building, live jazz on weekends. They lose one star for the Jambalya, which when I got it was the consistency of cooked rice; it's supposed to be a soupy concoction.

I guess the person that wrote the review was not from Louisiana. Jambalya is not soupy that is gumbo; jambalya is suppose to be cooked rice.
