   I have always had pleasent experiences here. It is by appointment, but I have never had any problems getting in to see Dr. Arnett. The only problem I have ever had was with my mom. The receptionist gave her a bottel of what she thought was saline solution and it ended up being contact cleaner. My mom's eye swelled up really bad and she cursed alot. But Dr. Arnett was very helpfull and fixed her right up. Dr. Arnett had her come back for 3 follow up appointments to make sure the cleaner wouldn't cause damage. Every thing ended up fine.

   I have been a customer for a long time and I would recommend Dr. Arnett. She is an excellent caring Dr. who is patient even with challenging patients.

   I disagree with the other review. I had excellent care at the Arnett Eye Center and they were very professional. I would recommend them to anyone! Their facility is very neat and clean and they have an excellent selection of eye-wear and Dr. Julia Arnett is extremely nice and makes you feel very comfortable. A++++++++++++++++++
