Had a troubling experience: My office had our Christmas luncheon here, and it was a terrible experience. It seemed like nobody knew how to cook a steak, since at least three of our people return theirs because the steaks were either undercooked or overcooked. For example,my friend ordered a medium rare steak, which turned out to be well done. After two more tries, they still didn't get it right. (He also didn't get the salad he ordered until most of our crew had left.) I ordered a medium well steak which was closer to medium. I just ate it and saved myself the trouble of asking. And you can't say that the wait staff didn't try. But considering the place wasn't that busy when we ordered, they should have done a better job at distributing our bills. They didn't even number our check stubs. I'm not saying don't eat here, just use caution when ordering a steak.
