User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsGreat tasting Mexican food: Being from Texas, I'm very picky about my Mexican food. Baja Fresh is one of the few Mexican food themed chains to even get close to how fresh and flavorful Tex-Mex food can be. They understand that what makes Mexican food taste good is flavor, not jalepanos or hot spices.
Their pico de gallo (which I'm not generally a fan of) is excellent. The meat in the burritos is tender and well spiced.
Overall it's a good value considering how flavorful the food is but their seats are not very comfortable and it is "fast-food" style ordering. (i.e. place your order at the counter, get your own drink...etc.) It takes a little longer for your order than most fast food places but is well worth the wait. My suggestion is to get the food to go and enjoy it's wonderful flavors in your favorite chair at home.
