After reading reviews online, I decided to try this restaurant with a couple of friends at work. All I can say is, wow⦠the food is so delicious!!! If you like authentic Thai cuisine, you have to try this place! Their Pad Thai is one of the best Iâve ever had, and Iâve been to many Thai restaurants!
good food and very nice and friendly staff: we had been to quite a no of great thai places all over the world so when we came to indianapolis we thought of trying this resturant (recommendation from a friend)...its indeed good. Just dont go by how the place and neighbour hood looks. its definitely not the best. But the service is very fast and very courteous. The main thing is the food, which is really very good. Indianapolis does not have very good thia places but this place, though small is quite good in terms of food. tom yum gai is really good, spring rolls are hot and tasty. the entree are more or less tasty and the best part is you can vary the level of "hot" u want, from mild to extremely hot. though it doesnt have the ambience of a classy resturant the food is worth going a number of times. Moreover its not expensive and reasonably priced.
Best all-round Thai: The Thai House will never win an award for its decor. It's simple. Plain and simple, it's just simple. Nothing wrong with that. The food on the other hand, well, you can't miss the food. Best Tom Yum Gui in town, the freshest of ingredients and always ALWAYS served hot and to your heat level.

I love the Thai House, too, but to say it's the best Thai food in Indianapolis is, well, pretty subjective. Sawasdee on 86th St. is phenomenal, and Thai One On (Rockville road in Avon) is extremely good. The Thai House is probably the least expensive of the three, and is without question very good. My preference is Sawasdee, but you can't get wrong with any of these three.
