User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis place has poor customer service, and I haven't even been there yet. Just called to see if they carried a battery (the other Radio Shacks in the area that I visited were out of stock), and been placed on hold twice for over 5 mins...The first time they just disconnected me, and I still on hold with no follow up at the 10 minute mark.
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsBeen there several times: Extremely professional and helpful in all areas. I purchased a camcorder and while ai was checking out, the manager noticed we had Cingular service and told me they were a Cingular dealer. I went back and got updated phones when they were due an all was well.
I am an extremely satisfied customer.
Couldn't help noticing the other review. Sometimes people can't get exactly what they want so they slam the business for not kowtowing to them. Iyt looks like taht is the case witj lillatinmama05 up there.-
