User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsMore bad news! My wife took in our drapes in july, got them back in August only to find out the were shrunken by about six inches up from the floor. Took them back to dress well were there employee said he would repair them. its now february and dress wells manager told us she would try to fix them again. When we asked about replacing or even getting our money back they said no refunds not and responseble for damages. the cleaning cost 68.00 to ruin a set of 400.00 drapes. Your rolling the dice at Dress Well.

We have already lost an expensive blouse and now seem to have lost 2 dozen shirts. No one takes responsibility nor does anyone try and solve the problem other than saying we're sorry.
If your clothes are of value absolutely do not take them to Dres-well.
