   This USED to be an EXCELLENT place to live-I've been here 5 years and its sad to say but the place is going DOWN HILL FAST - I suggest you go in SEVERAL buildings, walk the property, back and front, drive around between 5p and 8p in the evening, go in/out of several buildings BEFORE you sign ANY contract. It used to be quiet, clean, friendly-in the last 3-6 months its LOUD, Teens hanging out EVERYWHERE, especially inside the hallways, garbage all over. The SAME garbage has been inside our hallway for 4 days now, accumulating more each day, AND the Manager was made aware 4 days ago-this USED to never be. I was told by the Manager and receptionist - WE are doing everything we can, and there have been no staff cut backs-IF this is TRUE-tell me WHY in 4 days, no one has picked up the garbage-I even said I will pick it up daily in and around my building, but when I do-I will bring it to your desk daily(so they can see what we PAY to come home to)-I was told by the Manager - Sharon-that WON"T be necessary. I'm thinking it is, as 4 days later , the same garbage is still here. I've tried getting the Ownerships numbers, but it apparently is a big secret. THINK TWICE before you sign on here. I am not a "disgruntled" tenant-I am just being honest-I'm HOPING it will go back to being a clean, friendly, quiet place to live-so I can continue living here.

   GREAT, PRETTY AND FRIENDLY: I LOVE LIVING HERE! BEEN HERE FOR OVER A YEAR AND HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS. MY NEIGHBORS ARE COOL AND THE STAFF ARE AWESOME. MY APARTMENT IS SO BIG I NEVER FEEL COOPED UP - CAN'T WAIT FOR SPRING SO I CAN ENJOY MY BALCONY AND THE OUTDOORS MORE. YOU MUST SEE THIS!
