User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI had the exact same experience- I dropped off my white jacket to be cleaned and upon picking it up- I noticed a dark stain down the left sleeve of my jacket- I called the store to speak with a manager name Dave- he informed me to bring the jacket back in- I did -but of course he wasn't in and I not yet had the opportunity to meet him- This place should be closed down because of all the clothes they have damaged and not taken responsibility- I will never use this cheap cleaners again- now I know why it's only $1.99- I guess the saying is true you get what you pay for which was nothing.

Ruined my brand new shirt and wouldn't do anything about it. The worst customer service and workmanship I've ever seen from a cleaner. Horrid, horrid, horrid!

Bad Customer Service: I had the most bad customer experiance at this location .The store damged my shirt, When I went back to fix it, the what he calles himself owner Dave Johnson was the most rude person that i ever meet. His attitude and explenation of the damge didn't make any sence .
He wouldn't fix the problem and didn't care . I am very disapointed at this owner and his store.
Way to go owner you just lost 10 customers .

I had the exact same experience. I actually started yelling at the manager or whoever he was in the store! They shrunk 2 of my shirts and then said they would "stretch" them back and I got them back all distorted. Then he stood there and blamed ME for not checking every piece of clothing before I take it out of the store. I only drop off about 20 pieces per month and have been a customer for a few years. Now that they made a mistake on something, you think they would at least apologize and try to at least give you back the $ you paid for them to clean (ruin) it. Instead, he acted like he was trying to accuse me of something... Yes, he was a smart A and practically smirked that they had ruined my clothing. I would never have gotten so angry if he would at least have "pretended" to care. If there was ANY other dollar cleaner near me, you bet I would never ever ever do any business there again. I only wish I knew who was above him to get in touch with. Surely, this is a chain which doesn't want him giving them a bad reputation.
