On 11/28 I went to grab dinner for myself, it was a late night at work- this was around 8:20. However, I sat in drive thru for 13 minutes waiting to get my food. When I got it I drove off and went home. When I sat down to have dinner, I found the fry's we cold, and tasted like old oil. I called the number on the bottom of my receipt and asked for the manager on duty. I was told I was speaking to the mgr. I explained about the frys and only expected to get new frys, however, the manager said she was going to replace my whole meal and the next time I was there I was to let then know my name was written down for a free meal. Well, its 12/03/07 and around 7:00 p.m. I proceed to drive thru state my situation and then was told I was wrong, and that policy is that you receive a voucher in the mail. On top of this, the person speaking on the mic was loud and rude. Never once did she ask when or who on the staff made this offer. She treated my like a theif, it was embarrassing- I was truly upset w/ the total disregard to me the consumer. Why would I lie about a free meal- especially offering my name? I hope everyone reads this and knows not to go there.
