User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsnice store but....: everytime I go in, same thing. pushy salespeople and I always pay WAY too much for repairs. They are lucky they`re the only bike shop in the area. If I need to order something, I usually have to do it 2 or 3 times because they never take care of it.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsNice Store, Good Selection.: My experience with this store is very good. I have found these folks to stand behind their product, and prepared to back it up. They provide good advise, and also present you with options. This review is not based on a single visit, but based on the fact that I have purchased 2 Treks and 2 Giants within a 12 month timeframe to provide my family with the bike's they need. Since these are new bike I do not have experience with repair costs, anything that needed looking at on my bike they gladly took care of for us, however, I believe that their rates are on par with other stores of the same caliber (can't compare to Joe who works out of his garage).
If you are interested in going on weekly rides through the area, then you must join their group on Tuesday (leisure) and Thursday (fast) evenings from May through September. We have done this and have met many like-minded folks while enjoying the rides.
