User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsNot very good with my dress shirts. They don't really press the shirts, they just blow hot steam through them with a steamer. When they steam them, the bottom part of the sleeves remain wrinkled. I constantly told them I need the "WHOLE" shirt ironed but they would tell the same lie claiming that they would press the whole shirt, but each time, they wouldn't. The sad part about it is that I took 15 to 20 shirts to them each visit, each week, and they lost my business....They really need help with customer service.......Corporate Brother
