User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsGreat place! Finally found a computer place that knows what their talking about. Great service & competitive prices. They service what they sell just like the old days. No more calling a foriegn country before the thing gets fixed. Had my printer fixed & didn't have to ship it across the country either. Dell just wants to sell you more stuff or else hang up on you. Beats paying the Geek Squad $200 just to tell me what's wrong with my stuff too. Thanks Computer Bay!

I am very pleased with the service I received at Computer Bay. I brought my computer tower to them and they said it would be done in two or three days but I had it back by the next day and it was far cheaper then the Geek Squad quoted me for virus removal THANKS!!!!

I am very pleased with the service that Computer Bay provided for me. After taking my tower in to them, they found the solution within a half hour and with minimal expense. They could have easily told me the problem was bigger than it was, but didn't. Thanks!
